Using one tarot card as an anchor for our exploration, we will tap into its energy through gentle movement and meditation. Embodied Creation
Four-Week Workshop Series, Coming Fall 2022
This workshop series combines meditation, playful yoga flow, and art-making. Through movement and creativity, we will explore a new concept each week, bringing the work into our bodies, then channelling our discoveries into creation. Each session will gently build on the work of the previous week, while still being accessible and welcoming to drop-in attendees. Participants in the full four-week program will receive a bonus pdf workbook with prompts, exercises, and resources to integrate the work into your personal practice.
