My Approach to Tarot Practice
I am an intuitive tarot reader, dedicated to the practice of tarot as a gateway to greater self-knowledge and actualization. The tarot is a powerful tool of spiritual awakening and intention setting. Through meditation, movement, reflection, and discourse I aim to help you connect deeply with yourself through the cards. My offerings are unique in that we explore the energy of the cards through an embodied and inquisitive process. My workshops are firmly rooted in the here and now, and informed by the cyclical/nonlinear nature of our growth process. Scroll down for a full list and descriptions of my current public offerings. Embodied Tarot
Third Friday of Every Month at 2pm EST
LYFE Meditation Studio
In-Studio
Tarot is often associated with divination, but it is also a powerful tool for reflection and personal growth. Using one tarot card as an anchor for our exploration, we will tap into its energy through gentle movement and meditation. Embodied tarot invites you to find where these archetypal energies reside in your body and unlock their wisdom for yourself.
NEW MOON YINTENTIONS
Every Month at Kula Yoga!
Next one: Friday March 4th at 7pm EST
New Moon Yintentions is a 90-minute workshop combining meditation, tarot, intention setting, and a yin yoga practice.
At each New Moon, we'll meet in (virtual) community to slow down, go deep, and set intentions for the cycle ahead. The moon cycles offer an excellent opportunity to start integrating cyclical rituals into your routine, and to approach life with intention and reflection. Within the moon cycle, New Moons are a time of intention setting and visioning for the weeks and months ahead. New Moons are a yin time, when the sky is dark and we're called to slow down and go inward.
New Moon Yintentions is designed to capture the magic of this time, and support you in cultivating intentional practices for yourself. Each session will begin with a grounding meditation, for us to arrive together in time and space. Next, Bryn will provide a mini collective tarot reading, offering themes for reflection and preparing for the cycle ahead. We will then take time to set personal intentions, where you will have time to journal and perhaps pull cards for yourself, if that is part of your practice. The last half of our time together will be spent in yin practice, allowing our intentions to steep in the body as we hold postures in stillness.
Magic Hour: Monthly Tarot Circle
Last Thursday of Each Month. On hiatus!
Join Bryn each month for an interactive online tarot circle, where we’ll connect, share, and explore the tarot together. Each month will begin with a meditation and discussion centred on a particular card. Then we will each pull a card for ourselves based on a thematic prompt, and have an opportunity to share our discoveries with the group. All levels are welcome, no prior experience with tarot is required. Magic Hour is a space for collective learning and enquiry, open to all with an interest in the tarot. Let’s make magic together!
